Learn the principles, techniques, anatomy, physiology, philosophy and goals of the ESSENTRICS program. You will also learn to teach your first Pre-Choreographed workout. ESSENTRICS is a full body workout that simultaneously stretches and strengthens the entire body and balances all muscles. In Level 1 you will learn how to achieve these goals.

Level 1 gives a bird's eye view of what ESSENTRICS is. Step by step you will learn to make ESSENTRICS your own. The Level 1 manual covers the basic techniques, exercises, philosophy and goals of the workout, but also pays attention to human anatomy and physiology in general.

There are no licensing fees associated with the use of the ESSENTRICS brand by teachers.
