With Level 2 of the ESSENTRICS Teacher Training, you will delve deeper into the unique ESSENTRICS Trademark exercises - the different positions, the sequence of exercises, the transitions, and the corresponding anatomy, techniques and goals. You will learn to recognize common mistakes and provide effective corrections and adjustments so that your participants can get even more out of the workout. We will examine 33 fundamental Trademark exercises and explain how you can create a Trademark sequence of your own.
