Essentrics® Flexibility & Therapeutic Exercises

Level 3 introduces the healing elements of Essentrics and teaches you how to use our flexibility exercises to free your clients’ bodies, relieve pain and tension, and help them heal from common chronic conditions. Our systematic approach to increasing full range of motion in every joint is valuable to people of all ages and fitness levels.

Contents of the teaching material

•  Level 3 Instructor's Guide: Flexibility & Therapeutic Exercises
  An exploration of the value and importance of flexibility for therapeutic benefit. Detailed explanation of Essentrics flexibility exercises, including related anatomy, positions, objectives and techniques (paper version).
• Educational Videos
  A detailed explanation and demonstration of Essentrics flexibility exercises for standing, floor, and chair/barre routines. Includes over 50 combinations to loosen stiff joints and relieve pain throughout the body, including tips on using equipment, evaluating which muscles in the body are tight or underdeveloped, correcting common mistakes, and modifications for special circumstances (injuries, limitations, etc.). (Available online via the Essentrics Academy Portal).
• Study Guide. A PDF with practical tips, videos and resources to support you in your training (PDF included on the Level 3 Training Resource Page in the Essentrics Academy).
