Level 4 delves deeper into knowledge, techniques and exercises focused on our strength training and muscle shaping methods. You will also discover the theory behind weight loss, muscle development, body shaping and strengthening, and anti-aging - learning that we can stay strong and fit for a long time through exercise. In this guide, we will look at different strengthening techniques and discuss the goals and benefits of each method.

More about Level 4
ESSENTRICS is a fitness program that simultaneously gives the body more freedom of movement, makes it stronger and increases flexibility, largely through strength. The power of ESSENTRICS lies in the dynamic way of stretching, in which we strengthen the muscles in a lengthened position (a form of eccentric training). Without the use of extra weights, the muscles are stimulated: they get more strength, but also more flexibility.
