With PCW10 you have a strength and flexibility workout where you as a teacher have many options. You can choose from standing, floor and barre exercises and lesson formats of 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Goals of this workout are:
- Improves shoulder mobility, strengthens the core and body tones the buttocks
- Reduces tension in the shoulders and strengthens the muscles around the joint
- Toning and strengthening exercises for the waist and core
- Toning and strengthening exercises for the gluteal and leg muscles
PCW10 is a complete workout with over 70 minutes of material that gives you the opportunity to do 5 variations on the workout:
- 1x 30 minutes standing exercises
- 1x 45 minutes standing & barre exercises
- 1x 45 minutes standing & floor exercises
- 1x 60 minutes standing, floor and barre exercises
- 1x 60 minutes standing & floor exercises
Difficulty level: beginner to advanced.
