PCW12 is a dynamic Full body Essentrics workout with Master Trainer Sasha Alcoloumbre with the goals of:
- Freedom of movement and strength around the hips
- Strengthening the spine
- Slimming the waist
PCW12 is a complete workout, including downloadable music with standing, floor and barre exercises allowing you to create different classes:
- 60 minutes of standing & barre exercises
- 60 minutes standing & floor exercises
- 60 minutes of standing, floor & barre exercises
- 45 minutes of standing & barre exercises
- 45 minutes standing & floor exercises
- 30 minutes of standing exercises
Difficulty level: intermediate and advanced.
With adapted techniques also suitable for Essentrics Release & Restore classes. An easy to follow, challenging full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.
