This Essentrics Aging Backwards workout with Master Trainer Jenny Bertrand is designed to achieve the following goals :
- More freedom of movement around the shoulders and hips
- More strength and mobility throughout the body
- More body awareness
PCW13 is a complete workout, including downloadable music that includes standing, floor and barre exercises. This allows you to create different classes:
- 60 minutes standing & floor exercises
- 45 minutes of standing & barre exercises
- 35 minutes of standing exercises
Difficulty level: beginner level, moderate pace.
This Essentrics Release & Restore workout is valuable for all fitness levels, but especially great for an Aging Backwards audience. Also perfect for pregnant women, beginning athletes, people who have not exercised for a long time, or those recovering from an injury or chronic conditions such as arthritis and frozen shoulder, etc.
