1 hour workout consisting of standing and floor exercises:
45 minutes of standing exercises
15 minutes of floor exercises
Target groups: Perfect for seniors, pregnant women, beginning athletes, people who have not exercised for a long time or for those recovering from an injury. Also very suitable for people who suffer from arthritis, frozen shoulder, etc.
Difficulty: Beginner, slow pace. Ideal for ESSENTRICS Aging Backwards or ESSENTRICS Release & Restore classes.
