Are you interested in the power of movement to feel your best for life? Do you want to help people become healthier? Are you curious about the Essentrics workout and want to deepen your knowledge?

Join an intensive 2-day training that will give you the skills and confidence to teach your first 30 Essentrics Apprentice classes with ease.

During this in-depth training, you'll benefit from hands-on learning, direct feedback, and expert guidance as you discover the techniques, alignment, and flow that make Essentrics unique.

What you'll learn

This training introduces you to the fundamental principles of the Essentrics program and provides you with the tools to teach effective, safe and successful classes. Here's what you can expect:

During this live workshop:

• Learn the basics of the Essentrics workout and knowledge of anatomy (including knowledge of connective tissue)
• Get personal tips and learn from others
• Develop your skills to make your own Essentrics workouts even more enjoyable and effective.
• Cueing – Techniques for clear and powerful cueing with imagery and the right cues.
• Musicality – Practice using music to enhance movement and energy.
• Adjustments – Ways to make PCW1 more challenging or easier, tailored to the needs of your students.

This workshop is perfect if you:

• Are interested in a workout that feels good and does good, either for your own development or to become an instructor
• Want to know more about the Essentrics workout and what it does for your body

Daily live classes

Experienced instructors will teach a live Essentrics class every day, an inspiring way to experience cueing techniques, music and teaching styles.

Bonus

Earn 2 hours of Credits per day towards your required apprentice teaching hours by participating in this training.

Including monthly online hangout with one of our mentors & fellow apprentice students: to ask questions, get tips and get a fresh dose of inspiration.
