Strength is one of the most crucial—and often overlooked—aspects of the Essentrics workout. It’s vital for all ages, promoting cardiovascular health, balance, and resilience in muscles, bones, and tissues. 

The Level 4 training ties everything together, helping you integrate all that you’ve learned so far. This is where you begin creating full-body, balancing routines that seamlessly combine strength and flexibility to meet all your students’ needs. Together we’ll break down strengthening exercises and sequences— standing, floor, and barre/chair exercises— so you can confidently design custom classes that promote stability, alignment, and strength. 

This 2-day training delves deeper into the science of strengthening, exploring how to develop strong, elastic tissues that enhance movement efficiency, joint stability, and overall performance—all while keeping the body balanced and pain-free.

What You’ll Learn

In this comprehensive training, you’ll learn to provide expert-level classes for every age, fitness level and objective. Here’s what to expect: 

• Hands-On Experience: Learn to teach and perfect every Essentrics strength-focused exercise, including standing, floor, and barre/chair sequences. 
• Strengthening Principles: Refine your form with real-time feedback to enhance how you execute and teach Trademarks.
• Class Design: Learn how to apply techniques, adjust speed, and cue effectively to help your students achieve their objectives.
• Level 4 exam prep: Learn how to create full-body rebalancing sequences, a crucial skill for your Level 4 exam.

Daily Live Classes

Led by expert instructors, daily live classes provide an engaging way to experience new cues, music and teaching styles – offering inspiration to bring back to your own students.

Bonus

• Earn 2 hours of credit per day towards your required Level 4 teaching hours by attending this training.
• Every quarter we will hold an online meeting with fellow students: the goal is to ask questions, share tips and get a fresh dose of inspiration and motivation
